WOLFSON INTERCHANG,
TEL AVIV YAFO

30   /   04   /   2020

This project is part of a projects along the streets from Wolfson Junction to the sea in the west, designed by students in a complex studio whose purpose is to revive streets and connections so that they are adapted to human flexibility and fit a heterogeneous population, and contain mixed programs and uses; The "Between Light and Heavy" project focuses on the eastern part of the main, south of "Ed Kotz" Street, and studies potential action points and addresses sustainability.

The principles of planning are:

- Maintaining green spaces and creating attractive green hinges.

- The construction of dense walls for Ed Koch Street and Jerusalem Boulevard for the use of residents and tourists.

- Create an active and accessible neighborhood nucleus for tenants.

- Attractive street wall and connection with Davidoff Park by pulling pedestrian arteries.

- The eastern "wall" (high-rise building) produces acoustics from the noise and pollution of Wolfson Junction.
